Established in 1975, Hebei Shitan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is subordinated to Hebei Geology and Mineral Industries Department. As the designated production enterprise, Hebei Shitan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd specialized in manufacturing drilling equipment and auxiliary tools. It is a member of China Mining Association, vice chairman of the Geological and Mining Equipment Branch, a member of China Geological and Equipment General Corporation, Strategic cooperative unit of Jilin University, a member unit of National Water Well Drilling Rig Information Network and a designated production enterprise of the General Reserve Department of PLA. Hebei Shitan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is located in No. 788, Zhongshan Road, Shijiazhuang city and adjacent to Qingyin Highway, enjoys favorable geographical location and transportation facilities. Hebei Shitan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd has well-equipped production equipment, strong technical strength, perfect detection methods, reliable product quality and advanced management concept. It has the domestic most advanced equipment, including the Numerical Controlled (NC) friction welding machine, drill pipe hammer forging and all-in-one tempering equipment. Besides, it is equipped with non-destructive testing (NDT), physical experiment, chemical composition analysis and metallurgical analysis apparatus. Hebei Shitan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd has a wide variety of products to be sold well all over the country. The main products are drilling equipment and drilling tools. Drilling equipment includes water well drilling rig and mud pumps, and drilling tools includes drilling pipe, adapter, Kelly and drilling collar. Products are sold abroad and gain great corporate reputation, which have been applicable in geological and mining engineering, national defense, oil industry, water reservation and coal field development for more than 30 years. In recent years, its external flat drill pipe and large diameter drill rod has played important role in mine emergency rescue and disaster relief, especially the mining accident happened in Wangjialing in April, 2010.
In 2013, our company has provided the full set big diameter Double Wall Tools and Technical Service for seven Emergency Rescue Center of State Administration of Work Safety in Pingding Mountain(Henan Province), Tangshan(Hebei Province), Datong(Shanxi Province), Furong(Sichuan Province), Jingyuan(Gansu Province), Hegang(Heilongjiang Province) and Huainan(AnhuiProvince).
